What you get

• An Agent Build (fixed scope) for Order Intake at pilot pricing: $600–1,500, with one fixed fee confirmed in writing before payment.
• One workflow, one inbox, an agreed number of purchase order layouts, a review queue and CSV export for QuickBooks Online.
• An evaluation run on your agreed test documents, shared with you in writing.
• A written runbook. Agent Care is optional.

What we ask in return

Permission to publish anonymised results, such as field-level accuracy, cost per document and time saved. We draft the text, you review it, and nothing is published without your written consent. No company name, logo or quote is used unless you separately agree to it in writing.

Who it suits

• 5 to 50 staff, no in-house tech team
• Purchase orders arrive by email as typed PDFs, email text or Excel
• Orders end up in QuickBooks Online
• Happy to work in writing, async

Limits

Handwritten or badly scanned documents are out of scope. We do not promise a fixed accuracy: uncertain orders go to your review queue, and nothing is written to your accounts without approval. Payment is invoiced after you accept the written proposal and is made by international bank transfer.
